U.S.S. Nimitz is coming back to the mainland

Well, I saw on the internet today that the Nimitz is coming home.  They are going to do a port call in the Mediterranean, they are going to do a few training exercises with the fleet, then, they are coming home.  They should be back before Christmas if all goes well.  Our daughter is on that ship.  I've got so much to do now.  Gotta get the house ready and gotta start working out, and, get in shape before she gets back.  Don't want her to come back all buff, and, I still look like an old softie.  I am so excited to be able to see her again.  I did some vacuuming tonight and am going to start getting the fridge cleaned up.  Did I mention that I'm really excited.  Can't wait to see her, hope her visit goes well.

What I've Done Today

What I've done today:  Woke up, let the dogs out, made coffee, fed and watered the dogs, hung up the laundry, rolled smokes, checked email and facebook.  Now, for the first time that I can remember, I'm gonna try to upload a photo to this blog, here goes.

Here is a picture of Dwayne's castle and two vehicles.  That seemed to take forever for the pic to upload.  Now, I'm going to enjoy a sirloin and a baked potato.

Dwayne's starting another blog.

I've decided to start another blog.  I've started blogs before, with good intentions in the beginning, I just forgot about them.  This is yet another attempt at blogging.  We will see how it goes.  To start it off, here are a few of my favorite quotes.

I want a money machine.  I want to work from home.  I want to do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it.  So, we'll just consider this the first day of the rest of my life.  The first goal will be to save $500 to use to start a work from home business.  I've got $30 now, so, only $470 to go.
